I ran it by a few friends first and they really liked it...especially the portfolio items I placed on the right side of the CV. They thought it was smart to give an example of my work performance. It is a very flexible way to set up a professional web page about yourself. The text entry area is more free-form than a LinkedIn profile, allowing hyperlinks and text formatting. I was able to easily link to my other web sites. The ability to post photos and videos is a big plus. I also like being able to have a public profile for everyone to look at on the web and a private profile that only specific people can look at.
