It’s that time of year again for the sixth annual Social Recruiting results from the survey conducted by Jobvite.com.

If you’re not familiar with the survey, here’s a quick summary:

  • Using email and a variety of social networks, they invite recruiters and HR personnel to share their experiences with them regarding their use of social media in the hiring process.
  • This invitation is deliberately broad, extending beyond our customer base to provide as wide a perspective as possible.
  • On the survey, specific questions are asked about which networks participants prefer, how they use each network, projected value of and investment in social media, and so on.
